While this isn’t exactly an apples to apples comparison, watching this 2023 Corvette Z06 take on the Texas Mile reminds us of a C8 Stingray with Z51 which recently did a top speed run at the Johnny Bohmer Proving Grounds at the Kennedy Space Center.
In that video, we watched as the Z51 Stingray with a low-profile spoiler took nearly 2.7 miles to reach its top speed of 191.7 mph on the former space shuttle runaway.
