Toyota’s starring role at the Fall Auction will continue at the 2021 Scottsdale Auction.

No matter where you are in the world, chances are a Toyota will have played some role in your journey. For 83 years the Japanese brand has reshaped personal mobility, pioneered technology and revolutionized manufacturing. But there’s more to the industry giant than building unquestionably robust and reliable automobiles – and that’s excitement.

At its heart the Toyota Motor Corporation is predicated on building a connection with car enthusiasts around the globe. That’s why Barrett-Jackson is proud to celebrate its partnership with Toyota and Lexus, continuing to highlight the passion Toyota and Lexus owners have for the automotive world.

“We were absolutely delighted and honored that Toyota and Lexus joined us as Presenting Sponsors for our 2020 Fall Auction,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “It was a privilege to work with both Toyota and Lexus and expand on the relationship we started back at the 2019 Scottsdale Auction.” In addition to being Presenting Sponsors of the 2020 Fall Auction, Toyota and Lexus, sponsored the Fall Auction live stream as well. Nearly 69,000 viewers tuned in to watch the nonstop multi-hour broadcast showing not only the automobilia auction but also the entire collector car auction, from start to finish.

Toyota will again sponsor Barrett-Jackson’s enhanced broadcast-quality live stream, easily accessible via the link on the Barrett-Jackson website home page.

Viewers of the live stream were treated to some special content courtesy of two all-new models from Lexus and Toyota. The first was a road test by Craig Jackson piloting the all-new tech-laden 2021 Toyota Venza and commenting on its well-appointed cabin, driving refinement and brilliant integration of the 100-percent hybrid and all-wheel drive systems. Keen for more dynamism, Lexus gave Craig Jackson a go in the all-new Lexus IS350 F-Sport and even let Lexus Racing factory driver Townsend Bell, pilot of the AVS Lexus RC-F GT3, join Craig Jackson for some hot laps around the Apex Motor Club circuit in Arizona. The enhanced broadcast-quality live stream was easily accessible via the link on the Barrett-Jackson website home page, where fans didn’t need to sign up or log in; they simply clicked, watched and enjoyed every bit of the 2020 Fall Auction.

“Barrett-Jackson has been an amazing partner for both the Toyota and Lexus brands,” said Bob Carter, executive vice president of sales, Toyota Motor North America.

With the record-setting Fall Auction now in the history books, all eyes turn to the flagship 2021 Scottsdale Auction in March. Barrett-Jackson is proud to once again partner with Toyota, which will serve as the Presenting Sponsor for the auction and live stream, while Lexus will ramp up its on-site presence at the event – the perfect way to remain connected with car enthusiasts around the world and showcase their exciting and dynamic vehicles.
