Blackout! ‘Stealth Edition’ Mercedes-AMG GT for 2021

Not only will the Mercedes-AMG GT coupe and roadster get a 54-horsepower boost and other upgrades for the 2021 model year, but a new “Stealth Edition” will join the lineup, arriving at US dealerships early in the new year, the company announced.

“This new special edition includes the AMG Exterior Night Package, black brake calipers, the AMG radiator grille in dark chrome, headlamps with black elements, and mixed-size tires with 19-inch matte black Y-spoke wheels on the front, and 20-inch wheels on the rear,” Mercedes-AMG said. 

Among other “Stealth Edition” features will be a dark tinted areas for the coupe roof and a black convertible top, and paint choices including that standard black or obsidian black metallic, selenite grey metallic or designo graphite grey magno.

Inside, the stealth features include performance seats, AMG Interior Night Pacakge, black steering wheel spokes and shifter paddles, black nappy leather with diamond quilting and black piano lacquer trim.

Enhancements across the range of the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT lineup including the horsepower boost to 523 for the 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine, a 3.7-second 0-60 mph sprint time, AMG ride control suspension, electronic limited-slip differential, high-performance composite braking system, lithium-ion starter battery and a “Race” drive-program setting.
